After departing Thatcher Island, I still had some energy left and thought I should take advantage of being on Cape Ann. I ended up at Halibut Point. The park was quite busy and there were even a few other artists at work. The sky was a little more threatening by this time with a band of dark grey clouds, but still no rain. I find this view of the large quarry with the ocean behind it fascinating every time I see it.
